At Blood’s we are very sensitive to the ever growing presence of dietary restrictions and allergies. Since we make all of our sauces, marinades, dressings, hors d’oeuvres, etc. in house, we have complete control over what is put into every item we make. This allows us the freedom to customize almost any menu item to suit almost any allergy or dietary need. Please do not hesitate to ask one of our Catering Coordinators about whether any of the items you are interested in are compatible with your needs.
That being said, we also want to be very clear that we are NOT a nut or gluten free establishment. If we know of any allergies, etc. on a particular event, we will obviously make every effort to be sure that there is no cross-contamination during the preparation of the menu, but cannot guarantee that there will not be exposure to particulates during the process.
