Policies & Procedures
- All meals are subject to a 20% gratuity charge plus New Hampshire or Vermont food tax charge.
- All menus are priced per person with buffet style service. Plated or Family-style sit-down service is available on select menus for an additional fee. Ask for details and customized pricing.
- We are willing to travel any distance to accommodate our clients. A travel fee may be necessary depending on location, menu, and number of people. Please do not let distance keep you from inquiring; we would be happy to discuss any arrangement.
- In order for Blood’s to book an event, the client will need to sign and return a current copy of our Catering Contract along with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Menus selected or changed within 7 days of the event may be subject to extra fees.
